All standard orders are shipped from our warehouse within 03 working days of the date of placement of order via FedEx or DHL priority services. All orders which require customisation like monogramming, sizes, colours etc will be shipped within 07 business days from placement of order. All orders received on Sundays and Public holidays are processed on the next business day.

While we want to provide our customers with all the payment methods they like to use, we have noticed a spike in fraudulent orders using COD. This leads to unwanted increase in costs which are eventually borne by our genuine, well-meaning customers. In order to serve our customers in the most efficient manner, we have discontinued COD services on our website. However, we use very renowned and reliable payment gateways, so our customers can transact online with full peace of mind.
Leather is a natural material and therefore differs from hide to hide. Each piece of leather is different and may accept colour dyes a little differently during the tanning process, this may cause irregularities in the consistency and depth of the colour. We have made every effort to ensure that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to photographic lighting sources or differences in device screen settings, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will completely reflect the true colour of the product ordered.
