No Questions Asked Return Policy

Our Return Policy is really simple. If you are not happy with something you bought, we'll take it back within 10 days of receipt of the product by you.

If you've damaged the packaging, we'll still take it back but we'll charge a 5% re-stocking fee. If it's brand new and unopened, we'll give you a full refund. The only times we don't accept a return is if the product has been used or damaged by you.
 
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. We’ve made it simple enough for even babies to do it.

1) Wrap up your unwanted product.
2) Send us an email at care@outback.life with your order number, delivery address and contact number.
3) We'll email you the return instructions.

Only items purchased directly from www.outback.life will be accepted by us. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
 
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and original invoice.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

You must NOT accept a delivery if the packaging has been damaged

You must report any missing item/accessory within 2 days after delivery

Outback reserves the right to deny any return.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned products. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc) or via cheque.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products.
For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

Cancelling Orders:

Items already shipped are not reversible, and must then be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer.
