Shipping & Returns

All standard orders are shipped from our warehouse within 03 working days of the date of placement of order. All orders which require customizations like monogramming, sizes, colors etc are shipped within 07 working days from the date of placement of order.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of purchased products caused by flood, fire, war, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.

In case a delivery is not made by the courier company due to the non-availability or mistaken address or contact details of the customer, any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be to the customer's account.

We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found to be not true (wholly or partly), we reserve the right to ban the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without any prior intimation.

No Questions Asked Return Policy

We offer a No Questions Asked Return Policy on all our products except made to order and customized products. For reasons of health and hygiene, face masks cannot be exchanged or returned. Our Return Policy is really simple. If you are not happy with something you bought, we'll take it back within 30 days of placement of order by you.

The only time we don’t accept a return is if the product has been used or damaged by you. Custom made products and items purchased during sale or clearance shall not be exchanged or returned.
 
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our Customer Support team at care@outback.life to start the return process. It is the customer's responsibility to send the product back to us and all charges associated with returns shipping are to be paid by the customer. We will not be arranging for any pick-ups etc.

Only items purchased directly from this website will be accepted by us. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
 
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and original invoice.

You must NOT accept a delivery if the packaging has been damaged. You must report any damage or missing item/accessory within 02 days of delivery of the product. Outback reserves the right to deny any return.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 07 business days of receipt of returned products in unused condition. Refunds will be issued via PayPal, credit card, debit card, or to the original payment method.

For defective items, a full refund will be credited upon return.

For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

Cancelling Orders:

Items already shipped are not reversible, and must then be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer.
