All our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Order Processing Time
We try to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. All standard orders are shipped from our warehouse within 03 business days from the date of placement of the order. All orders requiring customizations such as monogramming, sizes, colors etc, are made afresh for the customer and are shipped within 07 business days from the date of placement.
Returns
We offer 30 days of free returns on all our products except products that have been customized for size, color or monogramming. Such products are made especially for the customer. They cannot be resold and are ineligible for returns.
Shipping
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping is not to be confused with order processing time.
